Pumping to Hamad international Airport (HIA) via Dedicated Jet A 1 Pipeline<h3>​​pumping to Hamad International Airport (HIA) via dedicated JET-A1 pipeline Qatar Petroleum refinery in Mesaieed is the supplier of JET- A1:​</h3><p> <br><ul><li>​JET- A1 is pumped through (clear and bright) pipe line which is applicable with all international standards to HIA Storage Tank.</li><li>All JET- A1 transferring through pipe line are carefully supervised by our on-duty employees and FRS on-duty employees.</li></ul></p><div><br></div>

Pumping to the hydrant system<div>​​</div><div><h3>pumping to the hydrant system:</h3><ul><li>​The fuel hydrant system consists of underground pipelines, which is spread across the airport, for refueling the aircraft.</li><li>The JET- A1 fuel is transferred to the Hydrant system from the storage tank using hydrant pump, which then dispensed to the aircraft through the hydrant pit valves using a dispenser vehicle​.</li></ul></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>

Depot Operations<p><strong class="ms-rteForeColor-9 ms-rteFontSize-3" style="">DEPOT OPERATION:</strong><br class="ms-rteForeColor-9 ms-rteFontSize-3" style="">The purpose of depot operations is to serve as a storage facility for Jet A-1 with 5 above the ground Tanks capacity with total capacity of 45000 m3. It is distributed to the airport via Hydrant System.<br>Prior to distribution, the Jet A-1 is tested to ensure that the quality meets to Aviation international standards. During distribution, the Jet A-1 is filtered to remove all impurities and to ensure that the product delivered to the airlines is "Clear and Bright".<br>Distribution operation the Depot is carefully supervised by our on-duty employees in the control room throughout distribution control system DCS.</p><p><br>In addition Quality checks control carry out during distribution to insure JET A1 within specification<br> <br><strong class="ms-rteForeColor-9 ms-rteFontSize-3" style="">JET A1</strong><br class="ms-rteForeColor-9 ms-rteFontSize-3" style="">Qjet provides aviation fuel JET A1 for Commercial and private aircraft.<br>JET A1 is a kerosene grade of fuel suitable for most turbine engine. It has a flash point minimum of 38 °C and a freeze point maximum of -47 °C. The main specifications for JET A1 grade are the UK specification DEF STAN 91-91 (JET A1) latest issue.</p><p><br><span class="ms-rteForeColor-8" style=""><strong style="">GASOLINE FUELLING</strong></span></p><p><span class="ms-rteForeColor-9" style=""><strong></strong></span><font color="#39445c"><b><br class="ms-rteForeColor-9" style=""></b></font>Qjet operates service stations at Hamad international airport only for companies operating within the premises of HIA airport.  Service stations provides the necessary support the customer applications</p><p><br></p><ol><li>​Super Gasoline 95 Octane</li><li>Diesel </li></ol><p></p>
