QJET Joins JIG (JITS) Inspection Program
Qatar Jet Fuel Company (QJET), the leading aviation fuel service provider at Hamad International Airport (HIA) and Doha International Airport (DIA), is proud to announce its official participation in the Joint Inspection Group (JIG) and the JIG Inspection Tracking System (JITS) programs.
This strategic move reflects QJET’s ongoing commitment to achieving world-class operational standards, fuel quality assurance, and industry-recognized safety practices in line with global aviation expectations.
The Joint Inspection Group (JIG) sets the internationally accepted standards for the storage, handling, and into-plane delivery of aviation fuels. As a participant in the JITS inspection program, QJET’s facilities and fueling operations will now undergo regular independent inspections, ensuring full transparency, continuous improvement, and alignment with best practices used by major hubs worldwide.
“Joining JIG, JITS reinforces QJet’s long-standing dedication to quality, safety, and compliance,” It sends a strong message to our partners and customers that we are committed to delivering globally recognized fueling services at the highest level of excellence.”
Participation in these programs further enhances QJET’s collaboration with global airlines, providing assurance that every delivery meets the strictest international standards—including IATA, ICAO, and JIG specifications.
QJET continues to reliably serve over 60 international and regional carriers, including its principal partner Qatar Airways, with 24/7 fueling services backed by a reputation for operational excellence. This integration into the JIG ecosystem marks another milestone in QJET’s pursuit of becoming a recognized leader in aviation fuel operations—both regionally and beyond.
