Qatar Jet Fuel Company (QJet) is a recognized member of the Joint Inspection Group (JIG)—the global responsible for developing and maintaining aviation fuel handling standards. QJet also participates in the JIG Inspection Tracking System (JITS), a structured third-party audit framework that ensures full compliance, transparency, and operational consistency across its refueling operations at Hamad International Airport (HIA) and Doha International Airport (DIA).

JIG Inspection Tracking System (JITS)

To ensure transparency and continuous improvement, QJet voluntarily participates in the JIG Inspection Tracking System (JITS), a formal, standardized inspection program designed to assess compliance across all aspects of aviation fuel operations.

Under JITS:

•    QJet’s fuel farms, hydrant systems, and into-plane equipment are audited by accredited third-party inspectors.
•    Inspections follow JIG’s rigorous criteria, including technical operations, documentation, maintenance logs, emergency procedures, and staff competencies.
•    Audit findings and compliance ratings are recorded in the JITS global database, accessible to JIG members and participating airlines.
