IATA Membership

As an IATA Strategic Partner, QJET collaborates with international airlines, airport authorities, and aviation fuel experts to:
•    Implement and uphold IATA Fuel Quality Pool (IFQP) standards
•    Align fueling operations with the latest IATA Fuel Guidance Materials
•    Stay informed on evolving industry requirements, environmental policies, and digital fuel data reporting systems
This partnership enhances QJET’s operational transparency and reinforces its global reputation among more than 300 IATA-member airlines.

IATA Fuel Quality Pool (IFQP) Participation

QJET’s refueling operations at Hamad International Airport (HIA) and Doha International Airport (DIA) undergo regular independent audits and technical inspections as part of the IATA Fuel Quality Pool (IFQP) program. These inspections assess key aspects of fuel operations, including:
•    Fuel storage and filtration systems
•    Hydrant network design, integrity, and maintenance
•    Into-plane fueling procedures and equipment safety
•    Training programs, documentation, and HSSE compliance
•    Emergency response preparedness and incident tracking

Audit and Scoring System

QJET consistently achieves high scores and full compliance in IFQP inspections, reinforcing its reputation as a preferred fuel service provider for international airlines. Audit results are shared via the IATA IFQP portal, accessible to participating airline fuel managers, ensuring transparency and contract assurance.
